A Day of Shooting Reptiles

A day of ups and downs ... went to attend an imaging workshop held by Nokia and DCM at a nice restaurant called "Passion Road" in Damansara Heights. A rather bad location given that parking spaces are sooo limited, so had to park in HP building, which ended up costing me RM22 :-/ ... Well ... me, Tien Sheng, Wong, Kien Huo and Geoffrey attended :) ...

Anyway, the workshop started with a talk by someone from PSPJ on the basics of photography kinda thing ... yaawwnnn ... then coffee break ... yippeee ... then a talk by our friend Suzanne ... then Crissty called me cause she couldn't find the place, so I walked out to bring her in ... Hehee ... then lunch ... yippeee ... the food was good, can't complain :) ... after that was the model shooting contest. My friends, Crissty and Alexandra were the models, and I got to know another model, Loo Hooi :) ... they had to hold reptiles, namely snakes and iguana while we shoot using the Nokia N series phones :) ... My N73 hung twice and I had to turn it off and on in order to get it to work again ... not goooood ... even the N93 that Wong was using hung a couple of times ...

After we were done shooting, we selected the best 3 pics and had it printed, then select the best pic for submission to the contest :) ... What do you know ... Geoffrey won ! Hahaha ... so he got himself a brand new N73 ! ...

After the workshop was over, we "kidnapped" Crissty and Andra, then went to 1-Utama for dinner and caught the movie "Dead or Alive" ... Hehehee :P ... Andy Goh, Ken, Andy Wong and Felixia joined us as well ... That movie was so bad, I almost fell asleep ... Hahahaha :P ... after movie, we sent Crissty home first cause she has an early day tomorrow, then proceeded to supper at a nearby mamak stall :) ... Heehee ...
