Amazing Race to Singapore

Waahahaaa, what an interesting trip to Singapore :) ... Last Thursday nite I picked up Racheal, then was suppose to go to Mid Valley, park there, then take a taxi to KL Sentral to catch the train ... at least that was the plan la :) ... but when we reached Mid Valley, there was a horrible jam ... Shit! Jusco member sale going on ... *faint* .... anyway, we still managed to park, come out and get a taxi at around 9.45pm ... train was 10pm ... but due to the jam, we only managed to reach KL Sentral at 10.15pm ... when we got there, the entire train platform was empty ... *faint again* ... we then tried to ask the taxi people if they could drive us to the next station to catch the train, but they said if it was within 10 minutes, they could, but it was already after 20 minutes, so it is not possible anymore :( ... so we had no choice but to take a taxi to Puduraya to catch a bus instead lor ... luckily got bus :) ... Hahaha ...

After reaching Singapore, we came down from the bus to go through the Singapore immigration, then when we came out ... Waited for an hour also no sign of our bus, even though we can see so many other passengers that came in the same bus as us waiting as well ... Looks like our bus left already :( ... so we ended up taking a taxi to my friend's house instead ... Aaaiiihhhh, anyway, finally we are here in Singapore ! Woohooo :P ... Hahahaa :D ... Wah, really feels like we are in the Amazing Race ... Hehee ... after reaching my friend's place, we freshened up and my friend Andrew took us out for dim sum breakfast :) ...

After breakfast, we went back to catch some sleep :) ... we only went to the Singapore Motorshow around noon ... hahaha :) ... then met Jack, Ken and Andy Goh over there :) ... Hmmm, a little disappointed though ... very few models and the show is significantly smaller than our KLIMS earlier this year ... so I didn't shoot much lo ... Hahahaa ...

After the motorshow, me and Rach went around to do some shopping :) ... should say Rach went around to do some shopping while I accompanied her ... Hahahaaa ... cos I didnt really do any shopping myself. Later that evening, Rach went to meet some of her friends, while I meet up with Ken, Jack and AG again for an all you can eat steamboat dinner ... Hehee ... after dinner, I met up with Andrew and went to BalaClava, but it was packed, so we ended up at Paulaner Munchen for some German beer lo ... Hehee ... That was it for Day 1 ... Hahahaa :D ...

Time to eat eat eat :) ... Hahaha ...

On Saturday, Rach and I went out to Bugis ... first thing we did was have lunch at MOS burger :D ... Yuummmmmyyyy !! :D ... Hahahaaa ...

After lunch, Rach started her shopping spree ... Hahahaa :P ... we explored the various shops around Bugis :) ... lots of interesting things to see ... Hehee ... after Bugis, we went over to Orchard ... then evening, we went back to Andrew's place to freshen up. Andrew then took us out for dinner at a shop that is famous for claypot chicken rice :) ... Niceee ...

Seeee ... bread so big and nice :) ... Kekekee .. Flute reminded us of primary school days :) ... Hahaa ...She looks like the doll on her t-shirt rite ? :) ... Hehee ... Us again :P ...

After dinner, we went to Orchard again to do some shoot lor, with all the Christmas lights and deco up already :) ... but it was extremely hot that night ...

We finished shooting around midnite, then we went over to the hotel where Ken, Jack and AG was staying in to dump all my equipment there, then we went to St James place to check out the latest nite spots there :) ... Hehehee ... there's Movida, Bellini Room, Dragonfly and MonoKTV :) ... partied till 3am ... Kekekee ... and that basically ends Day 2 :) ...

On Sunday morning, I went to visit my friends while Rach continued sleeping ... Hehee ... then around 2pm only we met up in Vivo City, the newest and biggest shopping mall in Singapore, where we had lunch at a Thai restaurant :) ... after that, its shopping again :) ... Hehehee ... and we explored the whole mall lo :D ... The roof of Vivo City is like a park ... niceee :) ...

After Vivo City, we went back home to pickup our stuff, then Andrew drove us to Asia Hotel where our bus will pick us up :) ... turns out, our bus will be an hour late, so we took a taxi to Orchard road ... Kekekee :) ... Really used our time to the max :) ... Anyway, we reached Mid Valley at around 12.15am :) ... and our Singapore trip came to an end ... Yaaawwwnnn ... tired :P ... but it has been fun :D ... Hehehee :) ... You can see many more photos here.
